1. Using your cellphone
- Dial *120*277#
- Select 'Prepaid'
- Select 'Airtime', 'Data' or 'Electricity'
- For airtime or data, select 'Me' or 'Enter Number' to use a different cellphone number
- For Electricity, Enter the Meter Number
- Select the amount you wish to buy for
- Select 'Confirm'
2. Using the FNB Banking App
Airtime + data
- Launch the FNB Banking App
- Select the 'eWallet' tab
- Select 'Buy Prepaid'
- Select 'Prepaid Airtime & Bundles'
- Choose your network provider and amount
- Enter the cellphone number
- Select 'Purchase'
- Confirm details and select 'Confirm'
Electricity
- Login to the FNB Banking App
- Select the 'eWallet' tab
- Select 'Buy Prepaid'
- Select 'Prepaid Electricity'
- Choose amount
- Enter your meter number
- Select 'Purchase'
- Confirm details and select 'Confirm'
